Lucid announces new lower-priced entry-level Air electric sedan
Electric vehicle manufacturer Lucid Motors has announced its “most attainable” Lucid Air yet, with a new entry-level sedan that will start at US$77,400.
Mind you, how “attainable” it is is still up in the (Lucid) Air, since the company hasn’t actually made any cars yet.
Its Air Touring, Air Grand Touring, and special-edition Air Dream Edition, priced at US$95,000, US$139,000, and US$169,000 respectively – before any available “green” government incentives – are scheduled to go on sale in the second quarter of 2021. The new entry-level Air isn’t expected until 2022.
