Volkswagen shows off all-electric ID.4's production interior
Volkswagen has unveiled the cabin design of its ID.4 in production form, an all-electric crossover that’s going to launch globally, including in Canada.
The production version will have its world premiere later this month, after plans to unveil it at the New York Auto Show were scuttled due to the pandemic closing down the event.
According to Volkswagen, the ID.4 will have flush-mounted door handles that unlock electrically, and “driver and passengers access the vehicle through large door openings and benefit from a high seating position, while the rear seat bench offers plenty of space for passengers.” The cargo compartment will offer 858 litres of space with the rear seats up.
