Let's be in vacation mode, starting today!
The logistical organization of the beautiful 2024 edition of the Montreal Electric Vehicle Show (MEVS) gave us several cold sweats and a number of challenges which appeared one after the other, in cascade, all this a few weeks before the event.
Among the biggest pitfalls, note the sudden announcement of the closure of the Olympic Stadium playing area for renovations, then the fire which ravaged the interior of the stadium tower. Rather than throwing in the towel, the organizers rolled up their sleeves and found innovative solutions to each new pitfall.
Then after the three days of MEVS, we calculated 31,618 entries at the counters, which were translated into 31,618 individual Thank you!
Now is the time to breathe a little slower, reduce the adrenaline and calmly get back to work in order to prepare the 9th edition of MEVS next spring. The first task will be to find a place to keep it for several more years. This news will be announced soon but this file is progressing well.
So, until the week before Labor Day, our news portals, our Facebook pages and our weekly newsletter will be on hiatus.
