Ford ups Mustang Mach-E production, drops the price

If you’ve always wanted a Mustang Mach-E but couldn’t get your hands on one, we have some news for you. Ford has announced it’s ramping up production of the 2023 model and it’s bringing down the price in Canada on most trims.

Even better, if you’ve already got one on order, you’ll get the lower price when it arrives — and if one ended up in your driveway earlier this year, you’ll get some cash back in your pocket.

It’s primarily due to a new EV supply chain, with Ford getting enough batteries and raw materials to scale up its production of all of its electric vehicles. In addition to the Mach-E, the automaker also offers the F-150 Lightning and a battery version of the Transit full-size delivery van.
