The 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning in Canadian Premiere At The MEVS and QEVS
The Ford F-150 Lightning 2022, which becomes the very first electric pickup from the American manufacturer, will soon arrive at Canadian dealerships. However, it will be presented in Canadian preview at MEVS and QEVS this year.
Its presence on both our floors will be one of the main points of popular interest this year at our shows.
The base Lightning is expected to start at $59,995, which will include freight and delivery charges of $1,995 (and before the $8,000 provincial EV rebate).
Its autonomy certified by the Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) would be able to cover a distance of 370 kilometers. To achieve this, it should be noted that this basic model is equipped with a battery with a capacity of 98 kilowatt-hours. It comes standard with 4-wheel drive thanks to an electric motor installed on each train.
Ford plans to begin delivering the first Ford F-150 Lightning this summer.
