Nissan considering all-electric compact pickup truck: report
There’s a case to be made that Nissan was one of the first brands to popularize small (we mean small) pickup trucks over 40 years ago, with the likes of its Datsun 1600 in the early 1970s.
Given the current appetite for trucks – and the recent introduction of truly small pickups like the Ford Maverick and Hyundai Santa Cruz – it makes more than a lick of sense to lend a bit of credence towards the rumour Nissan is mulling the idea of selling an all-electric small truck in North America.
